Evaluation Tracking Form

Purpose
  • To track course, project, and team evaluations.
  • To refine and serve the needs of course participants.
  • To provide substantiated evidence and feedback for assessment considerations.
    Grading guidelines for presentations:
  1. Clarity: Did you understand everything the speaker said? Were at least the main points of the presentation clear?
  2. Content: Was the content appropriate for the assignment? Was the level appropriate? Was the information accurate?
  3. Organization: Was the presentation effectively organized? Was it clear how one idea followed from another? Was there a clear logical progression or structure to the presentation?
  4. Delivery: Did the speaker speak clearly and directly to the audience? Did the speaker seem adequately confident and familiar with the material? If visual aids were used, were they used effectively? Should the presenter(s) have included visual aids?
  5. Conciseness: Did the speaker express ideas concisely? Too concisely? Did the speaker finish within the allotted time?


  6. ***Lastly, Participation: In a group endeavor, did ALL presenters demonstrate an adequate level of participation.

  3. Timeliness - Has their work been completed in a timely manner (NOT LATE)?!
